Amy O’Brien has over 25 years of business experience, sixteen of which are in the contract furniture industry.
During this time, she spent two years with the Federal Prison Industries Furniture Program, “UNICOR”. Her experience working with the federal government has provided Ms. O’Brien with valuable insights and knowledge regarding the special purchasing requirements of federal agencies. She also has garnered extensive product knowledge and experience, specializing in local and state government, as well as the education and healthcare sectors, having worked for several other furniture dealers in the Washington, DC area.
Ms. O’Brien has a solid background in contract furniture and she understands the total sales process from initial client interview to final punch and brings her considerable expert skills in planning, process management, systematizing and analysis to her clients. Ms. O’Brien places emphasis on customer satisfaction, follow-through and teaming and draws on her considerable knowledge of sales processes and techniques to actively assure customer satisfaction.
