Updating a Condo Community Room

Project Summary: We furnished this space with new items to give the room more appeal and flexibility. The carpeting is new, so we used that as a factor in finish selections. The client may paint and add other architectural changes in the future. There are casters on the table legs so the two tables can be adjusted and moved around the room as needed. There are also casters on the two navy lounge chairs for the same reason. This building has many different types of residents and ultimately, their goal is the have the space utilized more regularly for all sorts of events, besides condo board meetings.
